Bobbi Gunn

Bobbi Gunn is an intern at Caro Investors, supporting the underwriting and evaluation of investment opportunities. Bobbi recently graduated from Howard University with a degree in Finance. During her time on campus, she served as President of the Howard University Real Estate Club and developed a strong interest in real estate, financial analysis, and investment strategy.
Bobbi brings meaningful real estate experience through internships with Affinius Capital, Brookfield Properties, Artemis Real Estate Partners, the State of Connecticut Treasurer's Office, and Project Destined. These opportunities have strengthened her analytical foundation and deepened her commitment to pursuing a career in real estate investing.
Beyond her academic and professional experience, Bobbi has remained actively involved in both on-campus and community initiatives. She regularly volunteers with the Dr. Yolanda Cares Foundation and the Humane Rescue Alliance, reflecting her passion for service, community engagement, and giving back.
