Alex Seaman
Chief of Staff, Investor Relations
Alex oversees firm administration and leads investor relations at Caro. She serves as a key liaison for investors, coordinating investor meetings and conferences, managing follow-ups, maintaining the CRM system and IR tools, overseeing the virtual data room, organizing advisory committee meetings, and creating marketing materials. She plays a significant role in completing investment and operational DDQs and RFPs.
Alex also supports critical management company functions, including website and PR, management company accounting and expenses, vendor management, the summer internship program, employee onboarding, team-building coordination, and HR support. She coordinates the firm’s advisory board and works closely with the Founder to manage investor communications and deliverables. Additionally, she oversees Caro’s involvement with key industry associations such as NAA, NASP, NMHC, ULI, and NAIC.
She has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry as an appraisal analyst. Prior to her role at Caro Investors, Alex worked with the Founder at Sundance Bay. Alex has volunteered with Calvary Lutheran Church and School, City Union Mission, and participated in Hurricane Katrina cleanup efforts. She also dedicates her time to supporting the military community, organizing events and programs that help military families navigate unique challenges and build resilience.
